Our Charter
When the OSC
was founded in 1983, three basic principals were its fundamental foundation, they were:
1. To meet and fellowship
with other sailors.
2. To learn to sail better and promote the art and beauty of sailing.
3. To race in a friendly
manner.
These three ideals are just as important to our club today as they were back in the club's early beginning.
